Our First Home.
JustWay Homes purchased its first home in 2022.
The purchase was made with cash and no debt was incurred.
It is a 2,900 sq ft home with ample living space. It meets the criteria of being close to schools, shopping, bus routes, and parks.
The property is large enough to accommodate an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), which we hope to add to the property in the near future.
We are thankful that JustWay Homes can be a blessing to the tenants. We hope to enable them to have a bright future.
Our Second Home.
JustWay Homes purchased it second home in 2025.
The purchase was financed with the combination of donations and a mortgage.
This duplex (at 2400 ft.² of livable area), like the first home, has ample living area. Like the first home, it also is close to schools, a park, shopping, and bus routes.
Thankfully, it is also large enough to accommodate an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at some point in the near future.
We are thankful that we could provide decent, affordable housing to two more families in need, with the potential of a third family in the near future.
